I think what it comes down to is, if you really want to be a writer you make time. Being organised makes things a lot easier as I don't have to waste time searching for things or wondering what needs to be done. I'm a big list maker and that helps keep me on track. Having a to do list is particularly useful when doing a virtual book tour. Printing out a chart with your tour schedule also helps as you can quickly check to see what stop is happening when, what content you've sent to hosts, etc...
